People and Training Manager

Hackney Foodbank is looking for a new People and Training Manager to manage all aspects of our charity’s growing human resources function, recruit and administer the training and development of all members of the team and lead the development of an Equality Diversity Inclusion strategy and Wellbeing policy. If you have significant experience in HR, volunteer management and delivering training with a great understanding of good beneficiary care provision, this would be the ideal role for you!

Distribution Centre Supervisors

Hackney Foodbank is looking for two new Distribution Centre Supervisors to lead the signposting services held at all our Distribution Centres across Hackney to ensure beneficiaries have a positive experience and are signposted to relevant support services. This role will also involve administrative tasks including managing all queries via phone or email, inputting data and organising home deliveries.

If you have experience working or volunteering with adults in crisis with dignity and compassion, coordinating with Hackney-based support services, and managing volunteers through excellent communication skills, this would be the ideal role for you!

Finance Manager

Hackney Foodbank is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our senior management team and play a crucial role in overseeing all finances and financial management of the organisation for the development of the charity.

If you have significant experience in finance management including establishing and managing financial policies, procedures and systems whilst possessing a strong ability to work to the highest standards of accountability and accuracy, this would be the ideal role for you!
