Running shoes at the ready!

This is a Half Marathon with a difference. Run through London’s most creative and inspiring borough with vibrant street art and entertainment on course. Celebrate your 13.1 mile achievement at a special event in Hackney Marshes, complete with music, food, drink and sports and wellbeing activities. We’ve secured some charity places - the registration fee is £40 and we ask that you raise a minimum of £400 for Hackney Foodbank.

If you’ve managed to get a place in the ballot, we would still love you to join our team. There's no set fundraising target, we just ask you to raise as much as you can.  We’ll be there cheering you on at the event. Just drop us an email and we’ll send you a fundraising pack and a food bank running vest.

Demand for Hackney Foodbank increased by 30% in 2024 . The cost-of-living crisis has hit hard - our charity is currently providing emergency food parcels for around 708 people per week.
